Genocide is my latest collection as part of his Masters Degree. In this collection I have extended my experience in using different elements and textures using sand. Sand is related to my background where I come from, my home, Kurdistan. The significance of sand is related to the ANFAL genocide where over 182,000 people were buried alive in the south of Iraq in the desert. This massacre has been the focus of my research in my Masters course.
